My name is Kayla and I am excited that you are taking the steps to heal & grow!

I have 9 years of personal experience diving into the shadows of myself, to finally face and feel what had caused destructive mental illness and addiction.

Being diagnosed with BPD, major depression and the disease of addiction.. I can attest to you.. that healing is possible! You don't have to stay trapped in torment, trauma and suffering.

I have a degree in Psychology of Addiction and love leading groups at drug, alcohol & mental health rehabilitation centers.

I have felt called to coaching people 1 on 1 and to contribute to the collective Awakening through sharing spiritual & psychologic messages on media platforms.
